This allows the user to export the influence of each texture layer as an alpha map. This is where the intensity of the pixel relates to the strength of the blend in the overall texture generation.
Base Name: the name prefixed to each file exported
Directory: the folder where the files are to be exported.
Blend in light map colour: only available when a light map has been generated by the texture generator and outputs the light map information into the alpha maps.
Clear intensity where alpha is zero: the alpha map has the RGB channels exported for simplified viewing. Checking this option, clears the RGB channels when the alpha is 0.
Create a Log file: creates a log of which files have been created and exported.
Export Textures: when checked will export the texture associated with each texture layer as a the alpha map is exported separate file in the specified folder. The format of these textures is specified in the File Type dialog.
The alpha map outputs can be split into a series of tiled alpha maps
Number in X: specifies how many tiles to split each alpha map into across its width.
Number in Y: specifies how many tiles to split each alpha map into across its breadth.
